Their Choice

Nobody is perfect.

Everyone, even yourself,  has a unique

personality and a manner that may be

acceptable to some,

and offensive to others.

For those that you care about,

those you love, having acceptance of

their quirks and idiosyncrasies is probably

what makes them lovable in the first place.

Love is accepting those you care about just the way they are.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Of Benefit

When you benefit others it is very rare

that you do not also benefit yourself.

Sincere words, not platitudes.

Meaningful actions,

not just going through the motions.

Think kindness, be the love and know that your motives

are nothing more than happiness for you and others.

Today, be the person your Higher Power

made you to be, a benefit to others and to yourself.

Happiness is being of benefit to yourself and others.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
