There are many things that by over filling

will burst or break.

The human heart is not one of those things.

You may stuff the heart with as much love

as you can and it will never break or burst.

The thing that can break a heart is an unkindness,

Today, make a bunch of hearts happy by trying to fill

them with as much love as you can.  Be Kind.

Kindness is loving people more than they deserve.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

A New Day

I change, you change, we all change

and if nothing else, we are all

(including our world)

one day older.

Only in the strangest of imaginations

does one get the chance to time travel,

to visit yesterday and tomorrow.

Today, stay in reality and

take the opportunity to be a better person

than you were yesterday.

Life is knowing that every day is a new day.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
