Good habits lead to good thinking, good actions

and a life that is happy, joyous and free.

Today, be disciplined, start your day

with a prayer and some meditation

and know that the love of a Higher Power

will set you free to fly.

Life is to enjoy a healthy discipline.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

Get Over It

Let go and let God.

How important is it anyways.

Two wrongs do not make one right.

Justifiable anger is the dubious luxury of normal people,

however, for most individuals, it is a poison.

Today, be happy, when the blood pressure begins to boil,

count to ten, or maybe one hundred, if necessary.

Happiness is letting it go.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
