The One Happiness

be miserable or be happy.

You can choose to enhance the happiness by

being the love, sharing the love,

and as you grow older, accepting that

your love must also grow.

Today, be kind, practice patience and tolerance

and see how you love can grow.

Love is the one and only happiness in life..

Love is helping someone love themselves.

The Art Of Conversation

Bite the tongue.

Although it may be true,

some things are better left unsaid.

Today, be a good conversationalist,

listen first and if and when it is  your time to speak,

say nice things,

and if you can’t say anything nice,

don’t say anything at all.

Life is learning the real art of conversation.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
