Just Say Yes

Most of the time when we fear it is because

the ego knows it is going to be put down.

Some people need a daily ego deflation and

the best remedy for this is to get out of oneself,

to do the will of a loving Higher Power,

to help all of God’s world to be a better place.

Today, have no fear, keep your ego out of the way.

Life is to follow where the soul leads.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

A Special Quality

I live in an isolated world, family and friends,

most of them I would do a favor for at the drop of a hat.

But, what about the rest of the billions of souls that inhabit

this world, can I find a kindness in my heart for them ?

Yes, because of that special quality that kindness has,

that quality we call satisfaction.

Today, reward yourself, do a random act of kindness

for someone outside of your little world

and enjoy that special feeling.

Kindness has a special quality of its own.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
