The Thin Thread of Faith

012

.

“Some nights in the

midst of this loneliness

I swung among

the scattered stars

at the end of the

thin thread of faith

alone.”

.

~ Wendell Berry
.

Happy is the soul that knows he is never alone,

that God is always with us.

Reach out for those stars and know that God

has employed them to demonstrate his omnipotence.

Hang in there, God always gives this earth another day

another tomorrow in which we may try again

to be the best person he wants us to be.

Happiness is knowing that God

is holding the other end

of that thin thread of faith.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

’tis better

.

.

“I hold it true, whatever befall;

I feel it, when I sorrow most;

’tis better to have loved and lost

than never to have loved at all.”

.

~Alfred Lord Tennyson

.

This too shall pass.

Learn from the sorrow,

move on with your life

and never fear of loving again.

Happy is the soul who reaches the end of his life

with a thousand scars upon his heart

and a smile upon his face.

A moment of silence to say thank you

to all of the souls we have loved

that are no longer here with us.

Love lost is better than never having loved.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
