Hand In Hand

I think I love you.

Much of our thinking is fantasy,

especially when it comes to our emotions and feelings.

The greater the feelings the stronger our our thoughts

regarding love and hate.

Today, ignore the hate and feel the love,

don’t think,

knowing that the reality and the fantasy of love

go hand in hand.

Love is to enjoy a true fantasy.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Are Your Hands Clean

As a drunk I was always judging other people,

I wanted to make sure I was not as bad as they were.

A.A. has taught me not to compare myself with anyone else,

but to identify with their feelings.

Today, I listen to the war stories and how it used to be,

but more importantly I love to hear how they used the A.A.

program to now enjoy a life that is happy, joyous and free.

Life is not judging others.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
