understand this and be blessed.

Count your blessings, put them in writing,

and when your life begins to suck, pull out your list

and remind yourself of how many things you have

to be grateful for.

Pray, meditate, quiet the noisy mind and

let the Spirit flow through you and expose

the blessed happiness that is already inside of you.

Happiness is a blessing from above and below.
