Its Own Reward

001

.

.

“A kind and

compassionate act

is often

its own reward.”

.

~ William John Bennett

.

.

So they forgot to say ‘thank you’ … who cares.

You saw a need, you provided the kindness,

be content, you and your Higher Power know

that eventually the love will be shared.

Do not shame others by trying

to make them acknowledge a kindness,

show others how it is to be done, randomly,

without concern for payback.

Today, be the person God wants you to be,

say please, say you’re welcomed, say thank you.

Kindness is often its own reward.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Dig It

001

.

If you

find yourself

in a hole,

the first thing

to do is

stop digging.”

.

— Will Rogers

.

.

Sometimes we plan to

dig a little here and put it over there

in order to level out the playing field

only to  discover that our over zealous excavating

has put us in a hole.

Stop digging, pray, meditate, ask for help

and when the hand of  God comes to your rescue

be humble enough to accept the guidance

and never forget to say thank you.

Life is to watch where you dig.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
