Let us start with the smallest kindness;

smile, nod, acknowledge the presence

of the other soul in the room.

One kindness leads to another;

share a kind word, hold the door,

give someone your seat and you will learn

the motive is

that great feeling you have when you

have done a kindness without expectations.

Today, make yourself kind by being kind.

Kindness is its own motive.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Find Your Peace

The ego thinks it knows,

the spirit does not have to know.

Happiness, serenity, love and peace of mind

are all attitudes that live inside of our hearts

and the mind, the ego, is always wasting

it’s time and energy searching

for what is already inside of you,

looking for the meaning of God’s plan.

Today, accept God’s plan as

just the way things are going to be,

assume the positive attitude,

and have faith knowing that everything

will fall into place.

Life is to find your peace.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.
