by being the happy person your Higher Power wants you to be.

Today, celebrate the light, sleep well in the dark,

and know that the more you give

the more you shall receive.

Happiness is enjoying the yin and the yang.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

Plant Good Seeds

the “Golden Rule”, call it what you may

the end result is always;

As you sow, so shall you reap.

When the ego and the mind fabricate their motives,

grow their resentments, hide in the shadows of fear,

an ill wind will blow and the garden will perish.

Today, let God and your heart tell you what to plant.

Kindness is planting a garden of compassion and love.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
