Easy Words

“It is more fun

to talk with someone

who doesn’t use long,

difficult words

but rather short,

easy words

“What about lunch?”

~ A.A. Milne

Many a true friend needs no words at all,

they just enjoy the company.

However, to be a true friend , keep the language simple;

please, thank you, are you all right, I’m glad for you,

and make sure that there is sincerity and compassion

behind those words.

Today, be a friend, remember the easy words.

Friendship is using easy words.

Friendship is a priceless gem that is to be valued and protected.
