winners don’t need any.

If things do not go your way today, don’t be sad,

be happy that you are alive to have the experience.

Always remember, pain is inevitable,

suffering is optional

and sympathy seeking is a form of

self induced suffering.

Today, be a winner, be happy,

accept condolences if you must

but let the sympathy seekers suffer alone.

Happiness is never having a need for sympathy.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

I love you . . . so what.

Love is not the word, love is the action,

that motivating urge created by the

intuitive feeling from the heart, that

God hole inside our chest where all good

feelings generate from.

Today, show your love, be kind, be patient,

be tolerant, be forgiving, be compassionate

and just be the person your Higher Power

wants you to be.

Love is a warm heart.
