do something.

Want to be super happy ? ? ?

get off of your duff and do something for someone

without expectation of reward or acknowledgement.

Even if your cannot get off of your duff,

write a letter, make a phone call, do something

other than dwelling in the misery

that you are producing.

Go for it ! ! !

Happiness is functioning.

Love disappoints some, once in awhile,

especially when they set their expectations too high.

Come back down to earth, evaluate the situation,

was everyone giving the love

without expectations of something in return

or was there a selfish motive hiding behind the bushes.

Today, follow the will of your loving Higher Power and

be kind,  be patient and tolerant,

be compassionate and forgiving,

and love without expectations.

Love is always to be trusted, one more time.
