It is bad enough that we may think ugly thoughts

it is even worse when our language is inappropriate,

Today, make sure your clean mind is engaged

before you open your mouth.

Even better, make sure that the kind thought

in your clean mind came straight from your heart

are a benefit to all.

Today is going to be the best day

of the rest of your life.

Yes, we may have plans for future me time,

but the future is not here, not now.

how much you love them and the opportunity

to make everyone’s day very special.
