With a friend, the quiet  time together

is as important as all of the time spent

discussing the trials and tribulations of life.

Meditation is listening and those friends who can

listen to each others silence are the best of friends,

two bodies whose souls become one.

Today, if you can’t keep the silence, laugh.

Friendship is respecting the privacy of a friend.

Friendship is a priceless gem

that is to be valued and protected.

If I had a little more ego

I could have been a politician.

But as life would have it, I am me and

I am most elated to be happy

as opposed to having my e-mails read

or being blamed for the sad state the nation is in.

Today, know the difference

between your wants and your needs.

Have faith, gratitude is the pathway

to serenity and peace of mind.

Happiness is lowered ambitions.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
