There are those who suffer from grave emotional

and mental disorders and their disease wants them

to isolate, be alone, push away anyone who loves them

and to kill themselves.

Kindness cannot cure the disease but it can

give the affected a new way of thinking,

a better way of living.

Today, be kind, don’t give your friends away.

Kindness is the best way to keep your friends.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Anxiety is the seed of fear.

Knowledge is the usual antidote for fear, however,

when something is beyond our realm of knowledge

we turn to faith, faith in a loving Higher Power

whose design gives us all of our blessings.

Today, water and nourish the seed of hope

knowing that it will blossom into true faith,

a belief that the best, a heaven here on earth,

is yet to come.

Happiness is having a true faith.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
