There are many things that by over filling

will burst or break.

The human heart is not one of those things.

You may stuff the heart with as much love

as you can and it will never break or burst.

The thing that can break a heart is an unkindness,

Today, make a bunch of hearts happy by trying to fill

them with as much love as you can.  Be Kind.

Kindness is loving people more than they deserve.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Sincere words, not platitudes.

Meaningful actions,

not just going through the motions.

Think kindness, be the love

and know that your motives

for you and others.

Today, be the person your Higher Power

made you to be, a benefit to others and to yourself.

Happiness is being of benefit to yourself and others.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
