A very wise friend of mine taught me that

living in yesterday, today and tomorrow

is just three too many days for anyone to handle.

One day at a time, hopefully today,

is the best way to live.

We learn from yesterday, we plan for tomorrow but

if we don’t enjoy the here and now we are wasting

an opportunity to enjoy the life

a loving Higher Power wants us to have.

Enjoy today.

Life is past, present and future, lived in balance.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

It is an attitude, happiness is.

If you want a cause try just because.

He who looks outside of himself for happiness

will never find it because happiness

is an inside job.

Happiness begins with

an attitude of gratitude.

Today, be happy, share the love,

conspire with the Uni-verse to have it return

as much joy to you as you give to others.

Happiness needs no particular cause.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
