all of the opposites that the Uni-verse

keeps in balance so that we may

follow the way to a life that is

beautiful, bountiful and blessed.

Today, believe, know, have faith,

every cloud has a silver lining,

there is rainbow after every storm

and the stars will come out at night.

Life is to accept and endure.

Life is to live and love in the here and now.

It is all too easy to talk the talk

but only the humble can walk the walk.

Don’t preach to me or preach at me,

show me that the way you walk,

prove to me that your  actions

are representations of the will of God.

Today, be kind, be loving, be patient and tolerant,

be forgiving and compassionate and most importantly,

be the person your Higher Power wants you to be.

Kindness is walking the way of compassion and love.

Kindness is helping someone help themselves.
