Love is not the word, love is the action,

intuitive feeling from the heart, that

God hole inside our chest where all good

feelings generate from.

Today, show your love, be kind, be patient,

be tolerant, be forgiving, be compassionate

and just be the person your Higher Power

wants you to be.

Love is a warm heart.

Love is helping someone to love themselves.

If you can’t say something nice

don’t say anything at all.

The walls have ears.

Who can you trust ?

Play it safe, make it a habit,

engage the brain in the kindness gear

before you start the mouth.

Today, remember your Karma,

so if you want people to say nice things about you,

say nice things about them.

Kindness is being generous with kindly words
