Someone was kind to me

and then I dumped on them.

Not returning a kindness is a real source of guilt and shame.

and obnoxious, then you are not reading this blog

to find out how to have a life that is happy, joyous and free.

Today, pay it forward, be kind first.

Kindness is to be repaid in kind.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Patience

Give unconditional love to everyone,

however, don’t push your luck,

there are some very sick people out there

who don’t want to be loved.

Be patient, God’s world is filled with love

and eventually the more you love

the more love shall be returned to you.

Today, be the love, share the love

and know that what goes around

will come around.

Love is being patient.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
