A Free Mind

Destiny or fate, call it what you want,

whether the outcome was influenced by human intervention

or simply just happened as a natural act of providence,

the only limitations that exist are the limits that prevail

in one’s mind.

Believing that you are the victim only tightens

the chains that bind the thinking.

Today, don’t allow yourself to be the prisoner or the victim,

be the person your Higher Power wants your to be.

Life is freeing your mind.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

Set Your Sails

Spoiler alert: the winds of happiness

are always blowing.

Today, make your life easy and simple,

set your sails in the direction from which

the winds of happiness are blowing.

Can’t figure out which ways the winds are blowing ? ?

It is suggested that to find the winds of happiness,

follow nice people, go to nice places and

and join the group that does good things.

Happiness is setting your sails in the right direction.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
