are here on this earth where hopefully your feet are firmly fixed.

Therefore, the way to a life that is happy, joyous and free begins

inside of you, in a heart that is kind and loving.

Kindness is the way and it begins within your heart.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

Pray all that you want but know that

nothing will get done until you take the action.

Today, set your sights on being successful

by aiming low and then build upon that success.

Start your day with a kind thought, build up to a kind word

and then when God gives you the chance,

chose to do the next right thing.

Kindness is the way, the kind action that rises from the heart.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
