You may talk a good race

but you eventually end up going nowhere.

Today, chose your words wisely,

make sure they get you aimed in the right direction,

then do something, anything

that will let the love light shine through.

Today, may your good words be followed up

by greater actions.

Love is to back your words with action.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

The Truth

Spoken over fifty years ago it appears that

journalism is still motivated by what sells.

To have a good life seek you own truth.

The best truth is usually broadcasted

by the best  actions.

Today, be the best bearer of the truth

by doing the next right thing, be kind, be loving,

be patient and tolerant, be compassionate and forgiving

and don’t pay for the controversy.

Life is seeking the truth.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
