remember love is not just words, love is an action

that is motivated by a truthful heart.

Today, not too hard, not too soft,

love the truth and truly love,  unconditionally.

Love softens the true world.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Life is not always easy and there are times

when everyone suffers some.

Whether it be physical or emotional

the amount of suffering can be lessened

by a kind word, a gentle touch or even a smile.

Today, be motivated, help, be compassionate.

Life is to practice compassion.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
