My Identity

.

“I belong to

the people I love,

and they belong to me-

-they, and the love

and loyalty I give them,

form my identity

far more than any word

or group ever could.”

.

~ Veronica Roth

.

I am not a color,

I am not an ethnic group,

I am not a religion,

I am a unique individual,

a soul that needs other souls,

a sense of belonging,

to validate my existence.

Those souls who natured and nurtured me

taught me that love gave me my identity.

Today, belong by being the love.

Love forms the souls identity.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

The Good Habit

.

“Your net worth

to the world

is usually determined

by what remains

after your bad habits

are subtracted from

your good ones.”

.

~ Benjamin Franklin

.

Be valuable, try not to have too many bad habits.

Be valuable, smile, be kind, be  loving, be patient,

be tolerant, be forgiving, be compassionate and

be the person God wants you to be.

The selfish and self-centered are the worthless

who are a bad habit that needs to be changed.

Today, change the world, be kind.

Kindness is the good habit that makes your life valuable.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
