A very wise friend of mine taught me that

living in yesterday, today and tomorrow

is just three too many days for anyone to handle.

One day at a time, hopefully today,

is the best way to live.

We learn from yesterday, we plan for tomorrow but

if we don’t enjoy the here and now we are wasting

an opportunity to enjoy the life

a loving Higher Power wants us to have.

Enjoy today.

Life is past, present and future, lived in balance.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery

and today is the present,

which is why we call it a gift.

It is God’s will, so no matter what happens today

there will be a moment where happiness will abound.

Today, cherish the moment, know that happiness

is an inside job usually created by helping others.

Happiness is being in this moment.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
