A Wonderful Moment

It is not avoiding reality,

it is preparing ourselves for facing

the true nature of life.

How important is it, too late to do anything about it now,

it was destined to be, learn from the past,

move into the present and be grateful.

Today, as you spend most of your time preparing

to achieve the necessities to guarantee a happy

and healthy future, do not forget the present.

Life is dwelling in the wonderful present moment.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
