Not tomorrow,

Here and now,

today, certainly

is the best time

to be happy.

Yesterday I may have been happy but

that certainly doesn’t help me now.

Tomorrow, God willing, I may have

a chance to be happy but

that certainly doesn’t help me now.

Today is the only certainty

and I can be as happy as my attitude will allow me

no ifs, ands or buts.

Today, be certain, be happy.

Happiness is being certain in the here and now.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

No worry, no wonder, just a simple lesson that

can never be repeated often enough:

live and love in the here and now.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery,

today is a gift and that is why they call it the present.

Keep it simple, keep it within the reach of the senses,

I can see it, I can hear it, I can smell it, I can taste it,

I can feel it … now.

Notice, thinking is not a sense and it can lead you astray,

don’t think … live.

Happiness is living in the what is.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
