Trust, every unique atom inside of you is an integral

part of the Uni-verse ( One-song) which is love.

God is love and a loving Higher Power made you

in that image.

You cannot avoid love, love is everywhere.

Today, practice unconditional love

and if you do not know how, find a loving friend

who will be more than glad to show you how.

Love is trusting what is already inside of you.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Be it a yelled hello or just a smile and a nod of the head

we all need the warm ritual of greeting that says you belong.

Hugs, peck on the cheek, rubbing noses, shaking hands,

all of the customs that tell the heart that you are home.

Today, be kind, even though it may only be a ritual,

make sure you acknowledge the soul that needs your

healing and reassuring message of unconditional love.

Kindness is a treasured ritual.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.
