Anger is a good feeling,

it gets the heart rushing and the adrenelin flowing,

however, it is not a luxury you can wallow in.

You are in control of your feelings, have them,

enjoy the good ones for as long as you can,

tolerate the bad ones

and then move on with your life.

Today, feel, but always think of the consequences

before you react to those feelings.

Happiness is peace of mind.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
