Quiet the noisy mind.

Prayer is asking for direction,

meditation is listening for the answer.

Today, be the love, share the love and

when you think you have given it  your all,

pray, meditate and seek the serenity and peace of mind

that will allow the heart to overflow with more love.

Love is peaceful.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Describing Evolution

The most profound truth is that the foundation

of this world is love.

To enjoy peace of mind and serenity, love yourself,

love your fellow man and love this world that

a loving Great Creator has made for all to enjoy.

Have faith, know that God has created a special soul

for each and every one of us to love.

It takes two to tangle and to keep evolution

moving forward.

Love describes evolution.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
