On a scale of one to ten, how happy are you ? ? ?
Normal people are content to cruise along on a five.
The not too healthy are at the opposite ends of the scale.
The top are demanding that they be super happy
all of the time and they usually want
someone to entertain them.
The bottom are always depressed and believe
that happiness will always elude them.
A seven or eight is great to have, especially on those
days when you’re hanging out with good friends.
Some times a three or four will slip into our lives when
we experience a sad moment.
Enjoy the good days and try to rush past the bad ones.
Today, learn to read your scale and enjoy being a five
and being happy right where you are.
Happiness is your own choice.
Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
