When properly nourished and we follow the instructions

of our loving Great Creator, the Great Reality,

the Spirit of the Universe, things grow and become embellished

with a light and sound that is beautiful to behold.

You, me, we, body, mind and soul, today, grow in God’s grace.

Love is a friendship set to music.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
