If you spot it, you’ve got it.
We are always quicker to see in others
those glaring flaws that we dislike
(those characteristics we do not see in ourselves)
but only when jealousy rears its ugly head do we
see the desirous qualities we wish we had.
Today, see perfection, God said all you need to do
is be kind, be patient and tolerant, be forgiving,
and your mirror will always shine true.
Love is being a beautiful mirror.
Love is helping someone love themselves.
