Peace

Excitement, hullabaloo, turmoil, or upheaval,

call the storm what you may

but believe that it is always

the calm after the storm that makes you happy.

Think positive, turn crappy into happy.

Pray, meditate, repeat your mantra,

contemplate your navel, control your breathing,

be peaceful and know happiness.

Today, find your serenity, peace of mind, tranquility

and enjoy what makes you happy.

Happiness is based on peace.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.

The Barriers

Love is always there inside of you,

to love is to let that love out,

to shower it upon those we adore.

Fear, disappointment, low self esteem

all have built up barriers to letting the love out.

Love not returned or love scorned,

not to worry, it is not about you,

it is the other souls who are the losers and

it may be a blessing from your Higher Power

that the love did not last.

Today, love unconditionally and have faith

that the good love will be returned.

Love is to have no barriers against it.

Love is helping someone love themselves.
