are the rewards for those that seek love

with all of their heart.

Today, listen for the echoes, those that love

will be loved in return.

Love is found in the echoes of the Uni-verse.

Love is helping someone love themselves.

Peace

Excitement, hullabaloo, turmoil, or upheaval,

call the storm what you may

but believe that it is always

the calm after the storm that makes you happy.

Think positive, turn crappy into happy.

Pray, meditate, repeat your mantra,

contemplate your navel, control your breathing,

be peaceful and know happiness.

Today, find your serenity, peace of mind, tranquility

and enjoy what makes you happy.

Happiness is based on peace.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
