Kindness is to travel the way of the heart.

Kindness is the beginning of a life filled with love.

of teachers, preachers, gurus, swamis, shaman, priest,

doctors or spirits who thinks they know it all,

there has always been one common thought;

yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery,

and the time to live is in the here and now.

Treat the present as a gift and do your best

to enjoy the life you have been given.

Life is to live in the moment.

Life is  living and loving in the here and now.
